Over the course of his career, John has closed more than $500 million in multifamily transactions. John’s professional approach is shaped by a lifelong connection to real estate and a background in elite athletics. Growing up around investment properties gave him practical insight into operations and long-term ownership strategy, while his years as a professional football player instilled discipline, accountability, and persistence. Prior to joining CBRE, John earned multiple top production awards at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.
